Is this legally correct - Investigation, Arrest, and Trial - Criminal Law ...

Police is called, and arrive at home for an argument about a copy of keys, They leave stating it's nothing they could do about it. Five minutes later they come back stating the FBI wants to speak to you, and you are not under arrest, yet they put handcuffs on you and drive you to the precinct, and place you inside a holding cell, where you remain for 5 hours, during this time they still tell you that you are not being charged with a crime. After 5 hours state troopers from another county arrives, shackle you and transport you to another county. They state an outstanding warrant exist from three years ago. Upon arriving at the county they take you to the county jail, your there for three days and then taken to court, where the charges is told, no mention of? a warrant. Then taken back to county jail where you remain for 14 months, without any more court proceedings until this time the judge then dismiss without prejudice. Your released, they ask for information to where yo will be staying. Unbeknown the DA went revise the indictment and filed it two weeks after the release. Three months later after this indictment was suppose to be obtained, the FBI arrives at the house, which is in another county, but same state PA. This time taken to a federal detention facility in the county of arrest, six days elapse before going before a judge. when brought before the judge she states that you will be detained until the other county come and get you. nothing else is done, no request to see warrant or information, affidavits to determine if a crime is possible, nothing in and out.
This takes place in the state of Pennsylvania, arrested on the 19th of Aug, went before the judge on the 24th. Sept. 2nd transferred to NY federal detention, not the county or state of charges. The commitment county is in PA. while at this facility they ask to sign a form of release to the Marshal in Harrisburg, so they can come and pick up and fly out to commitment county.? Never heard of this, never knew of this. If you state to have a warrant, doesn't a warrant direct the Marshal to bring before the court the defendant?
Don't the warrant give the Marshal legal grounds to the defendant, it's an order from the courts?
Secondly, was the judge suppose to transfer the defendant to the county of commitment, and ask for the warrant, and any affidavits to determine whether a crime was probably, and if the county could not produce this release the defendant?? What about arraignment or Preliminary hearing where you get to say not guilty, what is the legal time frame that this must take place?? Do it not start at the time of your arrest?

Sept 14, transferred again, where to who knows, for three days the inmate locator been stating in transit, so it must be Alaska for it to take this long.? It seems that the legal process is not being render.
I spoke with an attorney, and he could not tell me what was going on or to why things was being done
in this manner. He tried to find the case in the court of the county of arrest, but could not find nothing.
He then went to the county where the charges was and the case wouldn't open or allow him access.
So no information to who the case assigned to, or any actions on case, he said case will not open the access is sealed. I never heard of this, I understand a sealed indictment, and that's only until he's in custody. So I ask are you sure, and he turned his screen around and showed me, and it said you are not authorized for access.
How can you move forth to defend when you have no ideal what's going on, when spoke to other attorneys, they simply says, Oh no not up there, they don't take kindly to Yankees in that county, and I heard this from more than one different attorney's
None of this is making since, and is hardly legal, and how is they able to get away with this?
