The latest project from my publishing company Costa Rica Books is ?Christopher Howard?s Official Guide to Costa Rican Law for Gringo Dummies.? I don?t mean to insult anyone by the title. My goal is to provide the answers to some basic legal questions and concerns in simple language that anyone can understand.
